岗位职责要求
1、 熟练运用英语，具有较高的阅读及口语水平。有海外留学经验优先；金融、投资、财务、经济或者电机行业相关专业大学本科以上学历，具备经济、金融、战略、法律、投资、财务等相关专业知识，熟悉企业并购相关法律、法规；
2、 了解国内外电机、水泵行业现状和发展趋势，根据公司发展战略和业务部门需求，发现投资及并购目标；
3、 负责搜寻行业信息，搜寻和考察投资兼并对象；
4、 负责前期洽谈与沟通，并跟进投资兼并实施后续工作；
5、 与行业以及投资并购业界保持良好关系，密切关注业界和竞争对手投资及并购动向 ；
