The job description:

岗位关键职责
1.负责产品方案设计和性能改进。
2.负责产品制样、小批生产的指导工作，跟踪协调解决制样和小批生产过程中遇到的技术问题。
3.负责产品开发档案的整理、归档工作。
4.负责产品设计评审、验证的资料准备工作并参与。
5.负责电机负载测试试验或安排试验。

资历要求：大专以上，3年以上工作经验，电机，电气或相关专业，工程师资格证书

任职资格要求：
1.熟悉电机的理论和机械制图
2.　3年以上电机行业工作经验，有1年以上离心开关电机开发经验优先
3.　熟练CAD/PRO-E/EXCL/WORD/PDM
4.心态积极向上，有责任心，有较强的学习能力和学习意愿
