The job description:

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历，电子、机械类相关专业毕业，熟练使用Pro-E，CAD等设计图软件及OFFICE办公软件；
2、在家电或相关行业内有5年以上工作经验，在加热技术领域有丰富经验，名下有发明专利的优先；
3、过往3年带领/主导完成5个以上研发项目，具有一定研发项目管理经验；
4、具有较强的创新能力、问题解决、沟通及团队协作能力，有良好职业素养。
5、性格开朗，稳重，善于调节自己的身心，有较强的抗压力能力。

岗位职责：

1、负责产品核心技术的规划、研究及问题解决；
2、负责组织项目总体设计方案的制定、确定总体实施方案和成本预算、以便于按时、保质和低成本完成新产品的开发设计；
3、负责项目工作的分配、协调本组内所有项目的进度和人员调配；
4、参与项目的评审和总结、并提供指导意见、以保证技术各项指标的符合性；
5、对组内成员进行专业技能提升；
6、完成上级交办的其它工作。
