The job description:

岗位职责：

1、电控可靠性品质规划：建立可靠性指标体系，进行可靠性分配，可靠性预计和各种分析（失效模式、潜在通路、影响及危害度分析、容差分析、故障树分析、性能试验等，并提出必要的对策），部件选择和控制，确定可靠性关键部件；
2、电控可靠性试验方案研究：包括环境应力筛选试验，可靠性增长试验，可靠性验收试验，加速寿命试验等；
3、可靠性知识的推广和培训。

岗位要求：

1、20年以上电控可靠性分析及相关工作经验，对可靠性工程相关内容精通；
2、学历要求本科及以上，电子电器或相关专业，对常用电子元件及电路基本原理熟悉；
3、具有较强的抗压能力和团队协作意识；
4、具有项目管理经验，国内和国际发表有实战论著者优先。
