The job description:

岗位要求：

1、15年以上PCBA现场工作经验，对设备、焊料、焊接、化学、设计封装改善资深经验，准确把握IPC-A-610E焊接标准；
2、对波峰焊接，回流焊接调试经验资深，焊接质量管控经验丰富，国内和国际发表有实战论著者优先；
3、主导焊接类项目开展，具有丰富的项目管理经验；
4、能长期出差常驻各地，进行诊断固化落实，具有吃苦耐劳和团队协作精神；
5、学历要求本科及以上，电子电器类专业；
6、优先国内日资电子企业资深专家、熟悉中文日韩专家。

岗位职责：

1、波峰焊和回流焊的问题诊断、焊接质量改善、焊接直通率改善、系统开展焊接类项目；
2、研究焊接封装库（PCB焊盘库）设计、研究器件焊接质量、评估焊接质量；
3、建立焊接控制管理系统，推进四地项目实施，培训，指导落实。
