The job description:

岗位要求：

1、15年以上失效分析、车间静电、变频模块设计工艺相关工作经验，对半导体变频模块、失效分析、设计工艺、静电防护有资深经验，日韩专家优先；
2、能以项目形式开展静电诊断、物料防护、失效分析、车间改善实施；
3、主导并参与过大型电子车间静电改善项目并取得较大成绩优先；
4、能长期出差常驻各地，进行诊断固化落实，具有吃苦耐劳和团队协作精神；
5、学历要求硕士及以上，电子、半导体类专业；
6、优先国内日资电子企业资深专家、熟悉中文日韩专家。

岗位职责：

1、系统开展电子车间静电诊断、半导体损坏改善、开展静电防护、失效分析项目；
2、全面建立电子车间半导体静电生产管控系统，来料质量管控、装配质量管控系统；
3、推进四地项目实施，培训、指导落实。
