岗位要求：

1、材料学相关专业，博士学历（偏实际应用型）；
2、对高分子材料、高分子膜材料的机理和特性有深入研究；
3、熟悉高分子材料的合成和制备工艺，掌握高分子材料的一般检测方法；

岗位职责：

1、开展高分子材料和高分子膜材料性能改进与升级的新技术的研究与引进，并应用到空调制品上；
2、提供空调新品开发和生产过程中塑料件性能的改良的替代的具体方案；
3、进行材料相关知识的培训与指导，培育高水平材料专业团队。
