岗位要求：

机械专业应届博士

岗位职责：

1、担任项目经理实施新产品项目开发工作，制定项目计划，推进项目进度、成本达标等；
2、负责新产品的结构设计、老产品质量问题整改及其设计优化和完善；
3、对新技术、新工艺、新材料等“三新”的预研；
4、负责组织新产品项目开发方案设计、技术设计等各类评审；
5、负责项目开发过程中产品明细表以及各种技术文件的编制、维护；
6、负责技术降成本方案的制定及其实施。
