岗位要求：

1、专业：空调及制冷工程/制冷与低温工程/机械工程/建筑工程及其相关专业；
2、3年以上舒适性研究的工作经验；
3、科学研究态度严谨，具有良好的团队合作精神、踏实的工作作风；
4、在空调及制冷专业、制冷与低温工程、建筑节能等方面发表过论文，或取得了一定的研究成果，有较高的理论、实践经验，可独立或领导完成项目的研究开发工作。

岗位职责：

1、改善室内空气品质的方法研究及评价方法研究；
2、动态热舒适研究的机理及评价方法；
3、通过研究不同空调系统，分析满足热舒适度的空调系统形式；
4、对舒适性项目开展进行指导，人员培训；
5、建立舒适性的评价体系。
