1、高分子材料と高分子膜材料性能及び最新技術の研究、導入、且つエアコン製品に活用する。

2、エアコン新製品の開発と生産中、プラスチック部品性能改善の替代案を提供する。

3、高レベルの材料専門チームを育成するため、材料関係な知識の訓練及び指導。

赴任要求：

1、材料学を専門としての本科生（実際活用側）
2、高分子材料、高分子膜材料の構造と特性を深く研究する。
3、高分子材料の合成と製造プロを熟知し、高分子材料の検査方法を把握する。
