The job description:

岗位职责：
• 负责推动新材料的引入和应用；
• 通过对材料技术领域、产品需求趋势的分析和规划，提出新材料及创新应用的技术方向，突破工程设计瓶颈，提升产品可制造性和品质、降低成本；
• 通过新材料的选型认证评估，研究新材料在特定产品设计以及环境应力的应用风险，确保材料可靠应用；


岗位要求：

• 本科以上学历，材料学相关专业背景，从事家电产品材料研究和应用，经验6年以上；
• 熟悉家电行业的材料技术和工艺；熟悉家电产品工艺、结构、加工制造等方面的知识；
• 熟悉各种高分子材料包括工程塑料、高分子复合材料等的材料技术以及材料应用，熟悉各种材料分析技术、材料可靠性评估方法；
